We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, excluding national holidays).

Canceling Your Order
Our system is set up to get your products to you as quickly as possible, Once order shipped it can not be cancelled. For Order cancelation you have to mail and call to customer support number.
Returns
Once Product is Delivered it can not be return or replace. if the product received damage you have to share us opening video of product on Email and WhatsApp Number.
How long will the entire return process take?
It can take up to 10 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return.
When will my order be delivered?

Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?
At the moment, HerbalValley only delivers within India. For international shipments mail us at sales@absolutegoods.in
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the HerbalValley Order Bill. If you receive a damaged product, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return:
